Zoom widens or narrows the focus around the current center point of the
image. The zoom range is from 1 to 9999 to give you lots of power to
explore at high resolution and look for the wonderful little things that
like to hide in the cracks and crevices of fractals when viewed at low
resolution.
With such a large zoom range, moving the slider can become a problem
sometimes.

Here are some examples of how much different a fratal can look at different magnifications. These images were created with the same settings as Sample 12 in the fractal gallery except for the zoom as shown.
