Fractals is definitely packed with a lot of controls and some may be a little less than obvious to understand at first. Probably the best way to approach it is to take it a step at a time, focus on one feature, then move on to another until things start to get familiar. Below is a screen shot of Fractals showing the default settings. The screen shot is image-mapped which means that you can click on any control in the image to get help on it. Alongside the screen shot the control names are listed alphabetically. The detailed descriptions are arranged in groups of controls that are closely related to each other. The order of appearance of the groups on this page is intended to be similar to the way they appear when the Fractals plug-in is running, as in the screen shot, going from left to right and then top to bottom.
