Kaleidoscope

Kaleidoscope works much like one of the familiar toys of the same name and is even more fun to use. It takes one slice of an image and fills the image area with repeating copies of the slice in a circular pattern similar to the way that the effect is done with mirrors in the toys.

Some of the features that set Kaleidoscope apart from other plugins of the same name are finer control over the number of slices (anywhere from 1 to 100 including odd numbers such as 3 or 5) and the ability to tighten the focus of the sample slice and zoom in just about anywhere in the image.

The controls are simple and easy to use, but they give you so much power and flexibility that the combinations you can come up with are almost endless. Here's an example of just a few variations created from the same original image.
